Home page
This is Podi’s home page. It clearly shows you alerts and warnings on a daily basis to highlight “at risk patients”, telling you what is out of date such as your motor insurance.
Podi’s logical form format
Podi uses a logical form format, clearly showing you where you are in the full assessment of a new patient.
You can plot the exact position of pain/conditions to different parts of the foot on this diagram. Multiple points can be recorded.
Your Subjective, Objective, Analysis and Plan (SOAP) techniques continue throughout the full assessment.
An “at risk patient”
Podi shows you if you have identified an “at risk patient”, allowing you to take the appropriate actions in respect of their Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment.
Attaching photographic evidence and pictures to your records
Podi makes it easy for you to attach photos and pictures and stores them in the relevant parts of the record.
Treatment tracking
Enter a score to indicate improvement or deterioration of your patient’s condition and it will automatically plot the changes on the graph.
Clinical pathway report
This report records everything you have entered during the Assessment phase in a logical, easy-to-read manner. This makes it a clear way of seeing your assessment of the patient and allows you to make an informed diagnosis.
Calendar management and accountancy modules
Podi’s easy-to-use calendar management and accountancy modules are integrated into the system.
Continuing personal development log (CPD)
Prevent the long search for evidence of your continuous personal development by recording all the necessary details in Podi’s CPD log. The forms make it quick and easy for you to enter the relevant information, allowing you to refer to them when needed.
Keeping up-to-date with practice maintenance
It’s easy to forget that your buildings and contents insurance is due for renewal or that you need to take your car for a service. Podi clearly alerts you to these events, before the due date using the ‘red circle’ icon and highlighting the relevant tasks in the form. The Practice module also allows you to record your equipment usage, clinical waste history and your health and safety documents, amongst many other things.
